At Global Options – Online LLC, we carefully select and inspect our merchandise before shipment. Much of our inventory consists of limited-quantity, collectible, discontinued, older, or hard-to-find merchandise. Once an item sells out, it may not be restocked.

To help preserve the condition and collectibility of our merchandise, all sales of new and factory-sealed products are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, or unwanted merchandise.

Please carefully review product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, compatibility, age recommendations, and other available product information before completing your purchase.

If you have questions about an item, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to provide additional information to help you make an informed purchasing decision.

If your order arrives damaged during shipment, is defective upon receipt, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Global Options – Online LLC within 2 business days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

Please retain the merchandise and all original packaging and shipping materials until the claim has been resolved. We will request photographs of the merchandise, product packaging, shipping carton, shipping label, and any visible damage to assist with our review.

After reviewing the claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement when inventory is available or a refund.

Because many of our products are limited, discontinued, collectible, or difficult to replace, replacement merchandise cannot be guaranteed.

Requests submitted after the 2-business-day notification period may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion and as required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to a customer under applicable law.

Products identified as open-box, clearance, imperfect, or “as-is” will have known condition information disclosed in the product listing when applicable.

These products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges except when required by applicable law or when the merchandise received materially differs from its description.

Orders are filled in the order they are received.

Our inventory is limited, and many products will not be restocked once sold out. All merchandise is subject to availability.

We strive to maintain accurate inventory quantities. However, because quantities may be extremely limited and multiple customers may attempt to purchase the same item, an item shown as available may occasionally become unavailable before an order can be fulfilled.

If we are unable to fulfill an item in your order, we will notify you and cancel the affected item or order. Any payment already collected for merchandise we cannot fulfill will be refunded.

When a refund is approved, Global Options – Online LLC will process the refund to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law and payment-processing requirements.

Once we have issued the refund, additional processing time may be required by your bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for final-sale merchandise or orders that were successfully delivered as ordered, except when required by applicable law.

For an approved claim involving merchandise that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, applicable shipping costs will be addressed as part of the resolution of the claim.
